Ysgol Llwyn Yr Eos School

A lovely ending to a delightful project by the pupils of Ysgol Llwyn yr Eos School, Penparcau, Aberystwyth. First, a trip to the National Library of Wales to see various things connected to Nanteos, plans, maps, and photographs, etc., and given brief history of Strata Florida and Cwpan Nanteos / Holy Grail that is displayed at the National Library of Wales, which they saw in its glass cabinet.
The following week, a trip to Nanteos, the pupils were very knowledgeable about the history as they walked around the mansion. The following day, a visit to Ysgol Llwyn yr Eos School to see the pupils at their work. Very impressive work, looking at all aspects of the Mansion’s history.
A Nanteos chef also visited the school to show the pupils what was made for the ‘Nanteos Tea’, that they sell at the Hotel.
All the information the pupils have collected over the weeks has been placed on a web site, which they have produced themselves.
Today, a special ‘Nanteos Tea’ was held at the school where the pupils showed their parents all their hard work, in creating a Nanteos web site.
